How our scanning service works ...
1. How much will it cost? 
- To find our pricing use the menu bar above - Photos > Large Format > Videos etc. Hold your mouse over the menu bar to see the various options.
- We run an online store, so have pricing online for everything we offer. Make sure you click "Start Your Order" on any package. (Scroll down on each package to see pricing options - tick the relevant boxes)
- We scan loose photos (e.g. in packs), photos glued into albums (Photo Albums), large format artwork/plans/photos, negatives and slides.
2 . How do I order? 
- Place an order online for the number of photos / slides / negatives you have. You can mix and match the quantities to build up your order. Complete the order and checkout. We use SagePay for our payment gateway which is secure and we take Visa / Delta / Mastercard / Amex & PayPal. Once you have completed your order you will receive an automated email with an order number. (If you don't want to order online, that's fine with us - please print off and fill in our order form)
- If you qualify for free collection we will contact you. Otherwise you will need to arrange to send us your order. Royal Mail Special Delivery, or any other trackable service, is recommended or you can use a courier via www.parcel2go.com
- We receive your order and undertake the scanning work. Time scales are 4 days to 4 weeks, depending on quantity.
- Once completed we will send your original photos / slides / negatives back to you by courier
- You will receive back your originals plus a disk with the scanned images (if requested, we can upload the photos for you to download)
- We will keep a copy of your order on our computers for a few weeks just until we know you have safely copied / saved the images.

3. What if I dont know how many photos I have? 
- If you have a lot of photos (we mean thousands) like many of our customers do, we don't expect you to count them all.
- In this situation you can either take a guess at the number of photos you have and place an order online or use our order form (print out our PDF form) and complete it and send it to us with your order.
- (A typical shoe box is about 1000 photos)
- Remember - we offer free collection when you spend over £200 so do let us know and we will arrange the collection for you.
4. How do I get them to you?
- If you qualify for free collection we will contact you. Otherwise arrange to send us your order.
- (Royal Mail Special Delivery is safe and easy or you can use a courier service like www.parcel2go.com)
5. Then what happens? 
- We receive your order and undertake the scanning or conversion work.
- Timescales are 4 days to 4 weeks depending on the volume of photos you have. We offer a Fast Track service for those in a hurry.
6. What do I get back? 
- Once completed we will send your original photos / slides / negatives back to you via our secure courier service.
- You will also receive back a disk or memory stick (optional extra) with standard jpg images that you can use on any PC or Mac.
- We will keep a safe copy of your order on our computers for a few weeks, just until we know you have safely copied / saved the images.
