Here are a few frequently asked questions for our international customers:
Q. Can you upload my scans to save on return delivery?
A. Yes, we are happy to upload your digital images and send you a link to download them whenever is convenient for you. If you would like to save on the expensive international return delivery there are two options:
1. We can hold your originals until you return to the UK, if you are a frequent visitor.
2. The originals can be shredded and recycled upon confirmation of you downloading the files and backing them up. We keep the scans on a secure local data server for 3 months though, for piece of mind.
If you would like to do this, simply select 'digital upload' on the 'Return Media' section of your selected product. Then, in the 'Shipping Method' section of the checkout process you can select 'No Return Delivery'.
Q. I would like the originals back, how will you ship them to me?
A. Please contact us to discuss your options. We will use a reliable international courier company and find the best rate available to you.
