An excellent service from the website to the delivery of the finished products. I had thought of scanning all our family photographs as a present for my Mum's 80th birthday - I couldn't have found a better present as she loves to watch the slideshow on her TV, set to her favourite music and spanning a century of family shots - showing detail not previously seen!

You exceeded my expectations, particularly by labelling the folders according to the label of the envelopes. I have one suggestion for improvement - make the photos available online rather than posting back a disc. It's more environmentally friendly and maybe a little quicker. They were 20"x30" and I couldn't find anyone who could appropriately scan them for a reasonable fee. After speaking to your office a couple times I felt assure the folks at click2scan could get the job done and they delivered the results! The new images I had printed were splendid, the overall resolution is just fantastic. I mentioned to Geoff that these new prints were to be the bases of multi-signature pieces and had the opportunity to acquire a few signatures last weekend. I had them laid out after having them signed to dry and they attracted quite a bit of attention! I just wanted to say thanks for getting these done in the short amount of time that was necessary.
